Automate. Engage. Convert.

What a live deployment already does.

BotFlowz on the website, plus the forms you already have. SalesFlowz emails and texts until they book a tour. SignFlowz closes the camping membership. One record holds all of it. These modules run in production — not a roadmap.

Engage

A named character with a private brain.

That is BotFlowz. Not a scrape of a website. Hand-written sections a human owns. It answers from those files or it says it does not know. A correction lands in about a minute. Several faces — greeter, qualifier, guide — reading the same brain so they cannot contradict each other. The chat is how a lot of leads start.

  • Expert about one world. Refuses rather than invents.
  • Every conversation is a lead — not a dead chat window
  • A staff copilot can ask the live business in English, and change nothing

BotFlowz — a named character, a private brain. On its own, or with SalesFlowz.

Automate

Follow-up written for that lead.

Chat and web forms become one lead. Then email and text, written for that person, until they book a tour. SMS runs with consent, quiet hours, and a hard stop the moment they convert. Staff can also send from the record. Inbound replies are drafted for a human to approve. Never auto-sent.

  • Website chat and web forms in the system within minutes
  • Unqualified leads leave the sequence automatically
  • The job of the drip is a booked tour, not a longer list

The record

One workspace. Queue, list, and the tour calendar.

A tour is not a separate tool. Click the day, open the person — timeline, composer, outcome. Cancelled tours stay on the month so a hole is a slot you can refill. Duplicate names are caught at create. Every change is who, when, and the value before and after.

  • Tour calendar and the lead list in the same module
  • Joined records which membership they bought — on the same outcome
  • A complete audit trail on the record, not a log somebody has to hunt

Booking

The scheduler is not a dead end.

A booking in the calendar is matched back to the originating lead. If the booking arrives before the lead row exists, the system re-links it instead of losing it. Reminders go out so fewer people no-show.

  • External scheduler, same lead record
  • Self-healing when the booking comes in first
  • Automatic reminders

Convert

Sign in the room — or on their phone.

Build the deal — new membership, renewal, or a transfer of remaining term. Generate the packet. They sign on a tablet or a remote link. You stay on the line and walk every page with them. Every open, field, and signature is timestamped. The sale writes back onto the original lead.

  • In-person tablet or emailed link — sequential, one person one link
  • Roles decide the documents. A transfer is sellers, then buyers. No leftover party-1/party-2.
  • New sale: you witness, then copies. Transfer: the chain finishes, then you send the packet.

The owner letter

The owner wakes up already briefed.

Overnight work does not live in a dashboard nobody opens. A letter lands: what shipped, what is still moving, the one or two calls that need a human. Reply A, B, or C — or write the words. We use this on ourselves first, on the same Workspace path as a guest confirmation.

  • As needed — a quiet night stays quiet
  • Named decisions. The system waits. It does not guess.
  • The same pipe that already wrote a guest back from this site

Attribution

Which ad produced the sale.

Spend from the ad platforms comes in automatically. Cost per lead and cost per booking stay current. The question most dashboards dodge is the one this answers: which channel produced revenue.

  • Ad spend → lead → appointment → attended → sold
  • Cost per lead and cost per booking
  • Not a vanity dashboard

You own it

Your instance. Your data. No seat tax.

RB

Roles that actually hold

Access down to the tab. Roles that can look without changing a record — enforced in the data layer.

HB

Handbook inside the product

Staff training ships with the software. New hires are not waiting on a binder.

DP

Every change is audited

A live deployment has 999 recorded production deploys — what changed, why, and which ship it rode.
